The process starts with your first enquiry, whether this is through Facebook, Instagram, the website contact form or email. You should expect to hear a response within 1-2 business days, if you don’t please try and contact us through a different method, sometimes technology doesn’t work the way it should and we would hate to miss your message! From here we will forward you on some information along with a link to book your complimentary 30 minute appointment

30 Minute Complimentary Appointment

Your complimentary consultation is where we discuss all of your ideas so I am able to work out an estimate for you, we can do this stage via email if you prefer.

After your complimentary appointment, I will work on an estimate for you based on what we discussed. This generally takes a week.

Design

1 Week

The next stage after this if you’re still happy to continue is for me to source 2-4 diamonds/gemstones so you can select your favourite and work on your custom designs. The fee for this is $150 which comes off the total of your invoice should you decide to go ahead..

Hand Making Your New Heirloom

4-6 Weeks for new custom makes, 6-8 weeks for remodels

If after the design stage if you are happy to go ahead, I require the centre stone to be paid for in full and a 50% deposit on the make, the real fun begins and I start creating your custom piece in my workshop right here in Rockingham WA. Generally the manufacturing process takes 4 – 6 weeks. Please let me know if you need it for a sooner date.

Pick up

Once your ring is finished, I will send you a link to book your pickup appointment. Not only do you get to pick up your beautiful piece of jewellery but you will also be shown a short video on how your ring was made
